Resolved
The following support issues were resolved and released in our latest update:

•Home Page loading errors corrected
•Calendar Filter, Calendar Update, Utilization Report, Billing Report, Compliance Report, and Accounts receivable reports loading errors corrected
•Calendar - adding a new shift, editing, completing error corrected
•Add new shift/editing/completing on mobile sites
•New SMS Alert - Capability to send test messages
•Ledger page Load time corrected
•Secondary Billing adjustments made to allow electronic secondary billing

Tricare Update:
We are currently zoning in and working directly with Tricare in regards to the ongoing claim denials. As we have additional information or updates to share, we will communicate as soon as possible.
